Opportunity
Investment Opportunity Briefing
We are currently looking for investors that are interested in investing in monthly bearing investments. These investments yield conservative returns of 3.0 - 6.5 % on monies invested with our company (in the form of promissory notes). These yields are derived from alternative investment plans that Knight Investments LLC engages in with precious metals (namely silver). These investment plans are funneled through refinery accounts with domestic based mining and refinery companies to conduct its operations.
It is important to note that Knight Investments LLC does not take possession of investor funds to conduct any open market transactions; that may be interpreted as any of the following: the purchase and sales of bonds, debentures, equity, capitalization stock, treasury notes, real estate mortgages, Collateralized Debt Obligations (CDOs), Certificate of Deposits (CDs), or any paper instrument that would require a licensed securities representative to perform. All monies are essentially accepted in the form of loans, that once utilized are collateralized by precious metals (namely silver); so the value of the investor's monies are always preserved.
At Knight Investments LLC we issue out private promissory note debentures, with personal company guarantees (essentially protecting the loan from loss), that specifies a conservative monthly return. This return is based on the business operations of Knight Investments LLC's silver trade activity. Essentially we pay high yield interest rates on outstanding loans that are issued by you, the lender, and will personally guarantee any loan amount in One Thousand US Dollar ($1,000.00 USD) intervals.
We are able to support these yields through prearranged purchase and sales of raw silver material. These tranactions are the result of our staff working to develop this procedure over the existence of our company. These prearranged transactions are not in any way a securities related transaction and are not considered arbitrage (or exempted transactions) in any form, manner, or replication.
We are always welcome to inquiries. We will gladly furnish a Private Placement Memorandum (with verifiable historic returns) to any individual who believes that personally guaranteed principal balances (in $1,000.00 USD intervals), with conservative monthly yields (that are collateralized by precious metals once utilized), may be an option for portfolio diversity.
If you think you have the ability to either invest monies or present these options to others; contact our Submissions Director today at the below email:
Qualified Offerings
Do you have more to offer? We have investment opportunities that can earn you up to 8.5% per month (on monies invested) if you are able to accomplish the following:
- Minimum investment of $10,000.00 USD
- 2 Years Tax Returns of verified income
- 2 Years Employment Verification
Investors who are able to responsibly commit monies of $10,000.00 USD or more are able to have their loaned monies included in larger silver bullion purchases; thus allowing greater monthly returns.
Remember we give 1% monthly spreads on Referrals for any good investor you bring us that invests monies with our company. Contact us via email and register to be an agent (at the email below) if you would like to actively be an originator for us.

Directorship Program & Careers
A Business Development Director (BDD) is a public service professional position responsible for delivering programs to individuals, businesses, communities, organizations, and other public agencies in their assigned geographic territory. This charge requires a broad base of business knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and personnel simultaneously. These duties require the integration of business theory and practice, consequently necessitating professional development activities. Multi-county travel may arise. We are seeking professional individuals who are ready to accept this challenge.
Within the Company there are two (2) levels of Business Development Directors. The first level is an Executive Director and the second level is a Senior Executive Director. Each member is assigned prospective company assignments reflective of their knowledge and training curriculum that has been certified through the company.
We require each Director to become certified and pay the certifications fees necessary to be covered under our internal security policy that protects each individual from violations of misrepresentation when dealing with international trade missions worldwide. This is accomplished by packaging non liquid assets to be offered as collateral for violations that may cause monetary obligations under USC Title 15, Chapter 2A, Sub Chapter I, Sec 77d(6)- Exempted Transaction. Through our internal mechanisms we will pick up the cost of the premium; you are simply required to undergo the certification class. Upon completion you are awarded a certification that enables you to take to any compliance hub of an institution classified as a Leverage Equity Capital Firm (LEC) that carries the same policy. In short, the blame falls on us not you.
Compensation is based off a Basic Pay Salary that contains rates from ED1-ED9 / SED1-SED9 and is combined with a commission chart also reflective of the rates ED1-ED9 / SED1-SED9. We hope by combining commission and salary our Business Development Directors will have a method of self worth that creates a friendly environment of competition. The most paid person will not always be the one with the most responsibility and the total awarded is based on performance. Quotas will be required to be met every year for a Satisfactory Evaluation. The positions in the company are carefully selected by our board, and advancement is accomplished by something called "Time In Grade"; along with passing management courses offered by our company.
This position is not for the feint at heart, and is not available to just anyone. The position will require you to meet top level regulatory officials, bank officials, member affiliates of the central banking system, and key principals of micro capitalization businesses. In addition you may be required to meet at international conventions, government sanctioned events, and press humanitarian issues to the United Nation.
Executive Directors are not required to pass the Standardized Test administered under the supervision of our Regulatory Company whom is a registered Security Broker Dealer within the US. All Senior Executive Directors will be required to pass this test to perform their job responsibilities. The reason for this purpose is Executive Directors are not allowed to speak to any project principals in relationship to USC Title 15, Chapter 2A, Sub Chapter I, Sec 77d(6)- Exempted Transactions; while Senior Executive Directors are allowed to do so due to their demonstration of knowledge. Executive Directors are entitled to solicit small business investment opportunities, and standard financing mechanisms that work in the commercial arena (such as our purchase order lending and project financing categorized borrowers). Structured Financing will remain off limits to Executive Directors until they demonstrate the competency to pass the standardized test administered.
The concentration of the standardized test deals with a heavy focus on USC Title 12, Banks & Banking while relating the matters of Structured Financing according to Leveraged Equity Capital (LEC) Firms recognized as Lenders B-2, by FITCH IBCA, DUFF, & PHELPS, and the process of Structured Funding Resource Program recognized by the Standard & Poors a Division of The McGraw-Hill Companies, Inc. It should also be noted that the administered test is not for a SECURITIES RELATED FIELD but a COMPLIANCE HUB FIELD for our Regulatory Company. You will not receive any Series license for passing this test, but we do find that it helps to have a series background. This is primarily because Exempted Transactions prohibit solicitation to the General Public.
If you believe this job position to be an option for you; you are encouraged to inquire at director_knightinvestmentsllc.com to see job opening availabilities.
Structured Financing Services
What is Structured Finance?
Structured Finance is a unique method of financing which allow qualified institutions to utilize the institutional side of banking to facilitate funding mechanisms for a myriad of purposes. Structured Finance Operations are derived from Currency Based Systems and are separate from Legal Tender Based Systems. Structured Finance is able to utilize the Currency Based System to utilize the primary purpose of Currency, which represents a unit of credit, and incorporate (Domestically) United States Code Title 12 Banks & Banking to derive bank instruments for either hypothecation or similar assistance within the procurement of funds. Structured Finance covers a broad range of topics, mechanisms, and options.
What is the difference between normal Banking Finance & Structured Finance?
Structured Finance deals with the creation source of Currency, while normal Banking Finance acts as an intermediary between you and the creation source. The money obtained from Banking Finance is usually a result of something called a Liabilities Account, which the member bank asks the sponsoring bank (Federal Charted Banks for State Banks, and the Central Bank for Federally Charted Banks) to issue more Currency. This Currency is provided to the Bank at a wholesale rate, passed to the Bank Officers, who sometimes pass it to Licensed Brokers, and inevitably find itself to you (the Borrower). Each step adds a certain amount of spread to the loan to service their prospective side, and is given to you at retail. Currency is derived, developed, and created by the central banking system of each country. The programs utilized on the institutional side of banking exist because most individuals hold bank accounts at conventional banks, not the central bank. As a result of individuals holding liquid funds at member banks, the member banks offer Sponsored Programs. Sponsored Programs are no more than a dressed up name for Intermediary Personnel; however, are necessary as quite often the individual has no relationship with the central bank of their prospective country.
What is the risk associated with Structured Finance?
For the average Borrower no risk is applied to their side, the Borrower experiences a financing scenario very similar to that of a normal bank. The funding mechanisms utilized by our structured financing institutions are proprietary and do not require any external assistance from Borrowers (Beyond having qualified files to pass Federal Compliance, and International Auditing Standards). The risk is placed on the equity contributors, which must provide quite often provide a minimum of 10 million USD to begin a leveraging process up to 100 million USD. The true nature of our funding mechanisms requires 100 million USD to begin the funding process. This is a component that is handled internally and not shared with the Borrower. Our Structured Financing Institutions are very strict on guidelines since company capital is utilized to procure monies and not the borrowers.
What do I have to do to utilize Structured Finance?
The Borrower is required to undergo underwriting and comply with all items annotated on the underwriting guidelines. Conditions are relayed to the Borrower, and the Borrower is expected to fulfill all conditions in order to qualify for funding. Since the majority of Borrowers do not have projects that total 500 Million and above they are often added to a portfolio to comprise that amount. For this reason each file must have uniformity and be as closely similar to the other projects as possible. Humanitarian aspects according to Guidelines of UDHR, International Bill of Human Rights, International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (1966), and/or The International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights (ICESCR) are necessary for Humanitarian based Projects. Green elements are held to the standards of the U.S. Green Building Council and the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 for renewable energies. Certain exceptions are made on a case by case basis but the Borrowers are required

TRADE MISSION POLICY
For Further Information, Please Contact Office of Public Affairs: Mary-Brown Brewer at (202) 482-3809
This posting is based on Department of Commerce's Trade Mission Policy outlined below. As this is not an official government site, certain aspects may be changed by the US Department of Commerce prior to our knowledge. Therefore the information contained below may not be identical. Please reference www.export.gov for live updates to the changes of this policy.
U.S. Department of Commerce News Release from the Office of the Secretary, Washington, D. C., Monday, March 3, 1997
I. Scope of Policy
This policy applies to departmental trade missions. Trade missions are defined as missions involving travel to foreign countries by private sector participants and Commerce Department employees in which the Commerce Department recruits and selects participants from the business community.
II. Trade Mission Authorization Process
Every proposed mission will be scrutinized to ensure that it is consistent with our overall export promotion strategy and that it is likely to further those goals. Under this new policy, preparation of a public mission statement will be standard practice for all missions. There will be a rationale articulated at the outset regarding the objectives of the mission, why certain countries or regions were chosen and why certain kinds of businesses and/or sectors will be included. This rationale will be precise, rigorous and consistent in both timing and content. All mission statements must be approved by senior management, and will be made accessible to the public.
III. Recruitment and Selection of Private-Sector Participants
The process for recruiting and selecting private-sector participants in trade missions will be clear, objective and transparent. Companies and individuals will be recruited and selected for participation in Commerce-led trade missions on the basis of objective, written criteria and in accordance with the mission statement. Participation criteria will be developed and announced in advance of each mission. The criteria will be keyed to the overarching need for a demonstrably legitimate business purpose in the company's or individual's participation, as evidenced by the clear relationship between the company's products, markets and business plan, and the objectives of the mission as set forth in the mission statement. The policy includes an express prohibition on the consideration of referrals from political parties or references to political contributions or political activities. Additional express guidelines have been included regarding the solicitation and processing of applicants. For all missions, there will be in place a transparent screening procedure that includes more extensive self-certification requirements as well as more transparent processing and record-keeping.
IV. Mission Costs
This policy will adhere to government-wide regulations that generally require any costs incurred directly by the Department on behalf of trade mission participants must be recovered in full from the participants. There is a strong presumption in favor of using commercial aircraft for all trade missions. This presumption will be overcome only if (1) security concerns necessitate the use of charter or government aircraft; or (2) the use of commercial aircraft would result in substantial inconvenience to participants that would jeopardize the success of the mission. Fiscal plans and mission budgets will be available to the public.
V. Trade Mission Reports
A post-mission report will be required for all trade missions. This policy mandates that a post-mission statement be submitted within one month of the conclusion of the mission. The report will be made public and easily accessible.
VI. Public Availability of Trade Mission Documents
There are currently no institutional guidelines or requirements for the availability of documents outside of the FOIA process. This policy will require that all elements of the trade mission process be transparent and that documents related to the mission be publicly available.

Grant Information
GRANT PROGRAM OVERVIEW
It is with great excitement that the scientific minds of today's age bring us the forethought necessary to develop the emerging technologies around us. At Knight Investments LLC we have paid careful attention to the process involved with grant programs. The grant categories available to the scientific community consist of Scientific Research & Exploration, Exploratory Fieldwork, and Conservation based research assignments.
Conservation Grant Program (CGP)
The objective of the Conservation Grant Program is to support conservation activities around the world as they fit within the mission of the United Nations & US Government Policies on conservation. The Conservation Grant Program will fund projects that contribute significantly to the preservation and sustainable use of the Earth's biological, cultural, and historical resources. While the Conservation Grant Program acknowledges the need to preserve archaeological sites and artifacts, our current Grantors' budget limits prevent them from funding such requests.
Exploratory Fieldwork Grant Program (EFGP) – Natural & Social Sciences
The Exploratory Fieldwork Grant Program helps qualified and experienced individuals launch the most difficult stage of a project for which to secure funding—the search. Grants are made for exploratory fieldwork that holds promise for new breakthroughs in the natural and social sciences. EFGP Grants applications are processed throughout the year and grants are awarded expeditiously to help researchers take advantage of immediate opportunities. EFGP grant providers are able to fund "proof of concept" research for applicants at an earlier stage in their careers than other NGS grant programs. Special emphasis is placed on expedited grant processing and turnaround.
Scientific Research and Exploration Grant Program (SREG)
Scientific Research & Exploration Grant Program (SREG) awards grants for scientific field research and exploration through its Committee for Research and Exploration. All proposed projects must have both a geographical dimension and relevance to other scientific fields and be of broad scientific interest.
Applications are generally limited to the following disciplines: anthropology, archeology, astronomy, biology, botany, geography, geology, oceanography, paleontology, and zoology. In addition the committee is emphasizing multidisciplinary projects that address environmental issues (e.g., loss of biodiversity and habitat, effects of human-population pressures).
General Eligibility
Applicants are not expected to have Ph.D.'s or other advanced degrees for the CGP or the EFGP grant programs; however, applicants must provide a record of prior research or conservation action as it pertains to the proposed project. For SREG grant programs Applicants are expected to have advanced degrees (Ph.D. or equivalent) and be associated with an educational organization or institution. Independent researchers or those pursuing a Ph.D.-level degree may apply, but awards to non-Ph.D. applicants are rare. As a general rule, all applicants are expected to have published a minimum of three articles in peer-reviewed scientific journals when going for SREG grant programs. Funding is not restricted to United States citizens. Researchers planning work in foreign countries should include at least one local collaborator as part of their research teams on all grant programs.

Merchant Account Services
We strive to educate our clients in the most informative manner possible. The million dollar question: What exactly is a merchant account? There are many different classes of merchant accounts. Each class depends on what type of business you run and your credit card acceptance needs. If you maintain a brick and mortar business, then you require a merchant account that accepts point of sale (POS) transactions (the buyer ‘swipes’ his or her credit card) at the time of purchase. If you run a mail order (or telephone order business) then you need a MOTO (Mail Order/Telephone Order) merchant account. Additionally, if you accept Credit Cards Online (you wish to accept credit cards over the Internet) you need a MOTO merchant account.
The type of merchant account needed for e-commerce businesses is similar to the type of merchant account needed for mail order businesses. The main difference between a traditional (retail establishment) merchant account and a web-based merchant account is that online (and mail-based transactions) are riskier for the underwriting bank. In web-based (or mail purchases) the buyer and credit card are not physically present. This is known as a ‘cardholder not present’ (CNP) transaction.
Merchants will have a larger cost for accepting credit cards via the Internet because an authorization for a CNP (Cardholder Not Present) does not assure payment of the transaction-since there is no guarantee that the cardholder is initiating the transaction. In other words, the chance of fraud is increased; which increases the “risk”. In turn, these types of merchant accounts tend to be more costly. There are usually two options available for applying for your Internet merchant account - through a bank or through an independent sales organization (ISO). An ISO acts as a third party between the merchant and acquiring bank (merchant bank). 99% of most businesses that solicit for a merchant account must pay the following: a Sales Agent (Solicitor), Bank Affiliate (Individual who has a relationship with the ISO), the ISO, the Bank that offers the services of the card, and finally the Card Services Provider. In total you usually pay five (5) intermediaries to get a Mechant Account.
At Knight Investments LLC we have direct relationships with Portfolio Managers of Federally/State Charted Banks (individuals who write their own approvals). This means you have only two (2) people to pay: Knight and the Issuing Bank.
